Golden Zanzibar Sunsets.
The rains receded to beautiful sunsets , which were watched with dirt cheap cocktails.Sun set is such a magical time.
Locals would come out and still fish using traditional methods, this fish would then be barbecued on the beach. Thats what you call freshness, you did have to be careful where you ate as there were rumours of people getting sick from poorly cooked fish. However i’ve never eaten such amazing fish, especially the tuna kebabs and i’m not the biggest fan of fish.
Nights would be spent partying on the beach and if it all got too hot the sea was available for a quick cool down. Now how many times did i lose my shoes , I’d be walking back to my room and be ‘where my shoes?’ so how i always found them.
